Sierra Sleep Head Up Only Adjustable Foundation – One Button, One Job
Original price was: $771.99.$231.99Current price is: $231.99.
Most people who want an adjustable bed want exactly one thing from it: the head comes up. The Head Up Only foundation does that one job and charges for nothing else – reading, TV, and pressure-relief elevation on a single button, compatible with memory foam, wrapped coil, and hybrid mattresses alike.
Queen and King sizes cover the rooms that ask for it, and the simplified mechanism keeps both the price and the failure points down.
Atlantic City, Absecon, and Wildwood sleepers who only ever raise the head anyway can stop paying for the foot motor at The Mattress Store inside our Northfield showroom.
Questions & Answers
What does the Head Up Only do?
Powered head elevation – one button up, one button flat. No foot articulation, no extras, no cost for either.
What sizes and prices does it come in?
Queen $516.99, King $626.99.
Which mattresses work with it?
Memory foam, wrapped coil, and hybrid builds – most current mattresses we carry. Pairing a mattress and base from different brands is fine; ask our team to confirm.
Who is it best for?
Readers, TV watchers, and anyone advised to sleep slightly elevated – without the spend of a full-feature base.
Why choose it over a full adjustable base?
If you will never raise your feet, this does everything you would actually use at a fraction of the price.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose an adjustable base?
Head and foot elevation helps with reading, TV, snoring, and circulation – and most current mattresses we carry are compatible. Try one under your shortlisted mattress at our Northfield showroom.

What if I find a lower price somewhere else?
Kensington offers a price match guarantee – bring us the price and we’ll take a look.
Can I see this before I buy?
You can see this piece or comparable pieces in our two-acre Northfield showroom at 200 Tilton Road – a 4th-generation family store serving South Jersey since 1912.
